Remember when we told you about Chris Brown’s ultra fly crib he purchased in the Hollywood Hills and it just so happened to be close to RiRi? Well Rihanna is moving on up and out! She’s sold her mansion for a whopping $5.03 million.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the Beverly Hills Post Office-area home went above the asking price of $4.5 million. However, the sale price was substantially less than the $6.9 million she paid two years ago. (Substantially less…REALLY?)!!

Rihanna is hoping to recoup some of her loss in a lawsuit against the previous owner and broker after the house suffered significant water damage following a “moderate rainstorm.”

The listing described the house as a “major fixer” with “extensive damage from moisture and water intrusion” at the roof, windows, doors, and balconies. Despite the condition, the property had four offers.

The 8,520-square-foot modern home features eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a media room, den, three fireplaces, and a pool. The three-story estate sits on over three-quarters of an acre.

I will never understand why celebs need THAT much house, but I guess if you got it…ball out!!
