For the Spring 2012 fashion issue of NY magazine, Nicki Minaj is featured in a fade effect on the cover looking as if she was spray painted on with bright green and yellow highlighted eye shadow, pink lips and it seems to be a pink and yellowish wig. Very Spring like indeed!
