“A Vintage State of Mind” is the newest project from Fokis and is set to drop February 21st. On the mixtape Fokis teams up with Sadat X and DJ Chonz to re-create the sounds of classic ’80s and ’90s Hip-Hop. He starts with a colorful mixtape cover, a nod to De La Soul’s 1989 album “3 Feet and Rising”. Along with the ‘tape Fokis plans to release a Graffiti Black Book.

“Graffiti is one of the main pillars of Hip-Hop; I am a graff head who used to go bombing all the time along with many of my peers. This Digital Black Book is a way for me to pay homage to many of the writers who have been putting it down for years,” he said.

Artists can submit work to be considered for the Black Book as long as it has one of the following tags: A Vintage State of Mind, Goodwood NYC, Sadat, Fokis, DJ Chonz.
